I purchased the JVC nearphones HANP50T.
The HANP50T is an open ear headphones. It is a type of earphone that does not block your ears, so you can hear the sound around you well.
Here is my review of the HANP50T after using it for a while.

About The Product
The HANP50T is the successor to the HANP35T and was released on 11/16/2023.
These earphones are open-ear type wireless earphones, and unlike canal-type earphones, the earbuds are not inserted into the ear. Still, rather the sound is played in front of the ear.
The main specifications include splash resistance equivalent to IPX4 and support for multi-point Bluetooth connectivity, allowing simultaneous connection to a PC and a smartphone.
Charging Case and Earphone
The charging case is in a box inside the package, and the charging cable and other items are stored on the back of the box.
The charging case is square and flat.
The earphones are placed flat in the case, side by side.
The sound is emitted from the part with the logo, and this part comes in front of the ear hole. The part of the hook that comes out of the top is used over the ear.
The metal part is a touch sensor.
Sound is emitted from the circular portion on the underside. When worn over the ear, this part comes to the front of the ear, allowing the wearer to hear the sound without blocking the ear as is the case with canal-type earphones.
The metal part is a terminal for charging.

Review
Sound Quality
The sound is clear. Human voices are particularly easy to hear, and the sound quality is good.
There is a good balance between the mid-high and low frequencies. The bass range may be a little weak.
When you move away from the earphones a little, you can no longer hear the sound, and there is almost no sound leakage.
It is difficult to hear the sound from the earphones when the environment around you is noisy and buzzing. The advantage of earphones worn over the ear is that you can hear the sounds around you. But if the surroundings are too noisy, it will inevitably be difficult to hear the sound from the earphones.
Outdoors, in an environment where the sound around you is too loud, such as on a train or in heavy traffic, you will not be able to hear the sound from the earphones, so we do not recommend them for people who want to use them mainly in such places.
On the other hand, I recommend these earphones for use indoors or in quiet environments such as running along a river.
Feel When Wearing
It weighs only 8g per side and can be worn so that it fits snugly in the ear,
You will not feel any stress when wearing it over your ear.
Although they are only worn over the ears, they do not come off even if you move your head hard.
I can recommend these headphones to people who do not like the fit of canal-type headphones or the tightening sensation on your head.

Feel When Wearing
The fit is much better with the HA-NP50T.
Not only has the weight been reduced by 2/3,
but the shape of the earphones has also been improved to be more ear-friendly.
The HA-NP35T’s ears would start to hurt when worn continuously for longer than 4-5 hours,
HA-NP50T does not cause earache.
I have the impression that the most improved aspect of the new HA-NP50T model is the wearing comfort.
